Orientation, day 3

July 8, 2010

Hi from the alumni auditorium, and our 9 a.m presentation on  infectious disease transmission. We’re learning to wash our hands, cover our mouths when we cough, and other savvy germ-preventing strategies. Med school and kindergarten have somethings in common.

It’s been a smoother transition back to school than I expected. My student loan stuff is all submitted (not that I have money yet. But, you know, someday). I think I have health insurance. I did laundry. It’s  still in a pile on the floor; but it’s a clean pile. All I have to do  now is get through this last day of orientation without dying of boredom. Is that a communicable disease?
