Finally, a patient

July 14, 2010

Hell yeah babe, I am in the hospital! For the next month I’m hanging out with  patients at Lutheran Medical Center”s neurology department. This week I’m on the stroke ward. It’s a sweet gig. Have I mentioned the hospital provides free lunch? Have I mentioned my locker? Have I mentioned I get to have a tuning fork, flashlight, reflex hammer, BEEPER (!!!), stethescope, and a million pens and notebooks hanging off me at all times? Have I mentioned that I love patients?

Have I mentioned I feel like I have a real job? A… real… job… A REAL JOB?

A REAL JOB

At this rate I should be employed full time before I hit menopause.
